भारत को अपनी विविधता के साथ रहने के लिए , केंद्र सरकार अत्यधिक शक्तिशाली न हो सके इसके लिए , निम्नतम स्तर पर ज़िम्मेदारी पैदा करने के लिए जिससे इसे प्रभावी ढंग से उपयोग किया जा सके और राज्यों को अपने हिसाब से विकसित करने की अनुमति देने के लिए संघीय होने की जरूरत है| चर्चा करे
India needs to be federal to live with its diversity, to prevent the central government becoming over-mighty, to devolve responsibility to the lowest level at which it can effectively be exercised, and to allow states to develop as they choose. Comment
