Refund – The Core IAS

Refund

Cancellation Policy: Once a student enrolls for any course, class, or material with The Core IAS, refunds or money transfers to other students are not allowed. However, under certain circumstances, students may be permitted to change courses. In such cases, The Core IAS will deduct administrative charges, which will be a minimum of 25% of the total payment, and the remaining amount will be retained as a credit. The retained money can only be utilized for enrolling in new courses. Approval from The Core IAS is required for such cases.

Extra Payment Refund Policy: If The Core IAS receives any additional payments for a course, they will make efforts to refund the excess charges within 15 days. The refund methods may include direct bank transfers using NEFT, collection of a cheque in person or through an authorized representative from The Core IAS offices, or any other mutually agreed means between the student and The Core IAS management. The Core IAS holds no liability for any damages arising from bank processing or negligence on the part of the student during the payment process. Students are advised to address such matters directly with the bank and may seek recourse through consumer forums if they are not satisfied. The Core IAS will strive to assist students within the constraints of time, workforce availability, and other relevant factors.
