INDIAN POLITY
“The preamble to the Indian Constitution contains those ideals which have to be actualized by administration. However, the progress is this area has been show and tortuoso. Broady speaking the ideal of ‘Liberty’ has overshadowed the ideal of ‘equality’. Examine the statement. (250 Words)
भारतीय संविधन की प्रस्तावना मे उन आदर्शों का उल्लेख है। जिन्हें प्रशासन को उपार्जित करना है, किन्तु इनकी संप्राप्ति की दिशा में प्रगति धीमी एंव अनियमित रही है। कुल मिलाकर ‘स्वतंत्रता’ का आदर्श, समानता के आदर्श पर हावी रही है। समीक्षा कीजिए।
