To ensure the democratic values in the country, freedom of right to protest is an utmost prerequisite condition. Evaluate the steps taken by the judiciary to ensure this right from time to time.
देश में लोकतंत्र की सुनिश्चितता को बनाये रखने के लिए शांतिपूर्ण ढंग से धरना प्रदर्शन की स्वतंत्रता को बनाये रखना एक अनिवार्य आवश्यकता है| इस स्वतंत्रता को सुनिश्चित करने के लिए न्यायपालिका द्वारा किये गये कार्यो का मूल्यांकन कीजिये|
